Black Laboratories, L.L.C. is a small, engineering, research and technology business based in Southeastern Virginia. We offer Professional Engineering Services, Consulting and Research and Development Programs. We employ Professional Engineers, Materials Scientists, Academic Consultants and Subcontractors. Our R&D Group has won research grants from several federal and state agencies. The Forensic Engineering Group at Black Laboratories, L.L.C. has worked with litigators, insurance companies and the Department of Homeland Security. We also provide analytical services and facilities for multi-party inspections.
