Founded in 1983, the Iowa City Foreign Relations Council (ICFRC) is a non-profit organization of community and university people interested in learning more about global issues, international affairs, and U.S. foreign policy. ICFRC hosts experts who speak on foreign policy, international relations, law, arts, the environment, politics, diplomacy, and current events. A locally catered lunch is available for purchase.
