Our mission is to create an ecosystem focusing on listed companies, investors and intermediaries by building a dedicated Investor relations social media platform for (listed) companies to interact and engage with their investors and service providers in a direct, safe and structured way. All company information and communication will be directly available from the listed companies by using pre-defined communication groups to be able to communicate and inform the investor not only on financial information but on various company topics. The Finvictum platform combines a range of much used communication tools that the different actors (listed companies, the investors and the service providers) can use to interact with one another in a structured, collaborative and centralized way. Our secret sauce is the way in which we use the investor data obtained through disclosure exercises from intermediaries in a GDPR-proof way to invite investors and grow our ecosystem. These shareholder data are automatically organized and after approval of the investor fed into communication groups to bring structure, personal interaction and advise to investor relations.
