Most of the work is accomplished prior to the new leader's start date. We continue to work with the new leader and his/her manager for the first 90 days. Burroughs International also provides Executive Coaching to senior leaders and we provide career transition advice to senior executives and senior military officers in the midst of change. Our staff includes Board Certified Executive Coaches with experience in private practice and coaching for leading performance improvement firms. We are currently strategic partners with Sheer Velocity, LLC, a Denver-based retained executive search firm. We recruit executives for them and also serve as the executive integration resource for all of their search consultants.
