We offer Barre, Strength, Yoga, HIIT, and Cycle class's however we are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. HERE is what we are doing to keep YOU strong... Although other clubs may be opening in early July, we decided that we will hold off on in-person, in-studio classes until we ALL feel more comfortable, which we are hoping is mid-July (stay updated via our Facebook page!) In the meantime, we are offering Virtual classes 3x a day, a streaming channel of video classes to take at your convenience, Outdoor Barre, Yoga and HIIT classes, Virtual Happy Hours and a new Cooking Club! You can live anywhere and join us! When we DO open our studio to in-person classes, we will be taking EVERY PRECAUTION to keep you safe! And we will KEEP our Virtual, YouTube and Outdoor classes so you can gauge YOUR comfort level.
