BCE has been locally owned and operated in the Tampa Bay area since 1986! Since then, BCE has partnered with many print resellers in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Originally started as a thermography shop, BCE offered spot color, flat and raised printing for business cards, invitations, letterheads and envelopes. Over the years, our offering has grown to include full color, foil and emboss, custom diecut shapes, full bindery services, and a great many other services and products.
