ProOmea is a company that specializes in the brokerage of investment properties with a volume of more than € 20 million up to approximately € 400 million. Due to personal negative experiences with brokers, the company initially founded its own brokerage office, serving close friends and selected family offices. As a classic broker, the focus was on the residential asset class in the new construction segment. Since 2021, we have been using our close network, which has grown over decades and is based on trust, as well as state-of-the-art, self-developed software solutions for property analysis and targeted investor selection, which enable us to map a transparent sales process for sellers without wastage. This enables us to efficiently sell land, existing properties and new buildings in all asset classes to suitable investors. The partnership and personal exchange with approx. 700 real estate investors ensures a close relationship of trust, which we are happy to make available to any qualified seller. The active sales volume will already exceed the €1 billion mark in 2021. The internal analysis and matching tool will initially be made available to our 700 direct investor contacts and over 200 project developers in the form of a platform after a successful beta phase in Q4 2021. Through the platform, pre-qualified sellers and buyers known to us personally can be brought together to match large real estate projects off-market, time-effectively and discreetly.
