Our diverse customer base includes municipalities, public water systems and the private industry, to which we provide government mandated recurring water meter testing protocols. Dave Regan founded Regan Supply & Testing Service in 1989 with over 40 years of knowledge and experience in the Water Works Industry. He built his family business along with Joe and Jeanne (Regan) Sullivan based on service and integrity.
