Franc has broad experience of the technologies that make these businesses work, and, more importantly, the human side that makes them successful. Kelly-Jae brings a similarly impressive career history to Warwick Fox, from running the rates trading floor at JP Morgan to the UK office of a global gold mining company, with a successful stint in property (both investment funds and residential new homes) , she has the gravitas, patience and organisational abilities to excel at executive search. Warwick Fox likes to build close relationships with their clients, operating as an extension of their business within the candidate market.
