February - Hagg Lake Mud 25K and 50k (Gaston, Or.) March - Champoeg 10K, 20K and 30K (Champoeg Park, Or.) April - Vernonia Half and Full Marathon (Vernonia and Banks, Or.) May - Hagg Lake 5K, 10K and 10.3M ( Gaston, Or.); Up the Lazy River 10K (West Linn, Or.) on Memorial Day June - Summer Solistice Sundowner 5K (Oregon City, Or.) July - July 4th 5K (Wilsonville, Or.) on July 4th August - Dual Duel 10K solo, 10M relay (Catlin Gable School, Portland, Or.) Garlic Festival 5K and 10K (North Plains, Or.) September - Greenway Trail Trial 10K (Beaverton, Or.) on Labor Day; Best Dam Run 10K (Estacada, Or) October - Blue Lake Run 5K and 10K (Fairview/Troutdale, Or.); Autumn Leaves 50K, 50M (Champoeg Park, Or.) November: Turkey Trot at the Zoo (Metro Zoo) on Thanksgiving Day The evening training sessions are on Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. at Cedar Hills Recreation Center, Beaverton, March thru October, and on Thursdays 6 p.m. at Cleveland High School February thru mid-December.
