Crossroads inspires youth to unlock their potential and positively impact the world. At Crossroads, we believe that long-term empowerment programs plus consistent positive relationships are the keys to transforming youth who risk being defined by their past into young adults capable of defining their futures. In an effort to close the opportunity and achievement gap facing under-resourced young people, we provide our students with summer and school year programs that support them to become economically independent citizens, socially responsible leaders and emotionally connected adults. To achieve these outcomes our programs foster a connection to community, healthy social and emotional development, college and career readiness and a commitment to community action.
