As a Food Nutrition business, Smarter Than Medicine was created to educate everyone to Know Better, Eat Better, and Do Better for their Mind, Body, & Spirit. My purpose is to teach and my passion is nutrition. My daily mantra is “Calories do not matter if the food is not sustainable and nutritious. In our education sessions you will learn food pairings, mindful nutrition techniques and stay up-to-date on recommendations from the FDA, AHA, and other Nutrition and Food industries. We dive into the science of nutrition to give you a deeper understanding of food and your body. This is to help make better decisions while shopping, eating and to ask more in-depth questions when with your doctor.
