Football Gold Coast is located Queensland’s southeast corner and is responsible for the administration, governance and management of community football including players, coaches, clubs and referees across the Gold Coast Zone. As the leading force behind the 'world game' for the region, Football Gold Coast consists of 26 member clubs and is a direct affiliate of both the Football Federation Australia (FFA) and Football Queensland (FQ). Football Gold Coast's region is officially defined within the FQ By-Laws and encompasses an area from the Pimpama River in the north, west to the town of Jimboomba on the Mount Lindsay Highway, south along the Mount Lindsay Highway through to the Queensland/New South Wales border 70 kms south west of Rathdowney.
