The property is currently under renovation and will be opening as Fowl and Fodder's second location. Located within a few feet of 614 Adams, this 7,600 square-foot building is a blank canvas for the next significant mixed-use space downtown Toledo. In addition to strategically investing in downtown properties, Crane Development is pursuing public and private funding opportunities for Complete Streets infrastructure improvements to the 600 block of Adams Street. These modern improvements will leverage the block's density to encourage foot, bike and vehicular traffic and attract high-quality tenants.
