Located within the epicenter of downtown's Central Business District, the property is less than a 5-minute walk from the site of the new ProMedica Headquarters, One Government Center, Lucas County Courthouse, fully occupied apartment buildings and the historic Valentine Theater. The property is currently under renovation and will be opening as Fowl and Fodder's second location. Crane Development is incredibly pleased to be working with the Fowl and Fodder team on this project. In April 2017, Crane Development acquired 620 Adams Street. Located within a few feet of 614 Adams, this 7,600 square-foot building is a blank canvas for the next significant mixed-use space downtown Toledo. In addition to strategically investing in downtown properties, Crane Development is pursuing public and private funding opportunities for Complete Streets infrastructure improvements to the 600 block of Adams Street. These modern improvements will leverage the block's density to encourage foot, bike and vehicular traffic and attract high-quality tenants.
