Yolanda R. Bynum, Lead Consultant, is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University and holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Elementary Education. Yolanda also holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change (MSL) from Pfeiffer University. Yolanda is certified in Nonprofit Management by the Office of Continuing Studies at Duke University.
