The 1st Global Leadership Communications Association (GLCA) is a non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting science and research as well as general education in the field of corporate and leadership communication. The association promotes dialogue and knowledge sharing around Corporate and Leadership Communications disciplines, methodologies, technologies and key topics – making use of suitable formats, events, platforms and channels. Vocational training in the area of corporate and leadership communication is provided through courses, seminars or workshops. To fulfill its purpose, the association conducts and supports research and teaching of subjects and disciplines related to corporate and leadership communications. The gained knowledge is made accessible to the general public and to all interested people.
