Established in 2016 by Lou Winoski and Juergen Viehrig, aerospace industry executives, Homeric Enterprise Engineering was born out of Homeric Partners. Its founders have owned and/or operated aerospace companies. They have deep industry knowledge and networks of associates across the globe. Though the company has an aerospace focus, its clients include government and entities in other international markets. The partners take a hands-on approach to all of their clients' needs. What We Do We analyze organizations and provide their owners a roadmap for improved performance and increased enterprise value. We then enter the organization, when invited, and execute our recommendations. How We Do It Planning - a detailed, written plan is developed to convert customer demand into enterprise profit. Process - robust functions are defined that convert customer inputs into enterprise outputs. The organization is then defined and populated.
