The Portuguese Circle is a group of Portuguese living in New York City, whose objective is to promote Portugal and its culture. For that, the Portuguese Circle has been organizing social, gastronomic and cultural events regular basis since 2007. From 2011 to 2014, the Portuguese Circle organized Portugal Day NY, an event organized in partnership with NYRR (New York Road Runners), drawing close to 20,000 attendees to Central Park each year.
