Be Good to the Children Inc. is a 501 3c non-profit. Proceeds from fundraising goes to children supported by Be Good to the Children programming through tuition and nutritional assistance. BGTTC is a non-profit organization that assists primary school aged children living in impoverished conditions with free Education and Food Assistance in developing nations. Our Mission is to invest in the future of children around the world, by ensuring that children living in impoverished conditions are given access to education, medical services and a chance to change their economic existence. L‘Artibonite, Haiti is our first service site where we affect the lives of 100 students a year by providing tuition and two warm meals a day. We partner with 5 school to provide support to 20 students each. Our students are referred to the BGTTC program by an onsite coordinator. From there each student is paired with a site program coordinator at the service site who evaluates the child’s educational history, family background, and current nutritional access. Throughout the service year each child is tracked from the beginning of BGTTC onboarding with standardized metrics that include the child’s success throughout school, health metrics, and the child’s emotional well-being. Currently our program has accomplished a 84% success rate. With generous supporters, we plan to increase our rate of success to 100% and continue to expand the program by supporting an additional 100 students each year.
