Dar-us-Salaam (translates from Arabic to "the abode of peace") is a religious institute located in College Park, Md committed to sharing the beautiful message Islam, a religion of submission to peace, to one God, Allah, and following the practice of His Prophet Mohammad ﷺ, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. Dar-us-Salaam has various projects for the community including (but not limited to) Al-Huda Preschool, Al-Huda Elementary School, Al-Huda Middle School, Al-Huda High School, Tooba University, Qur’an Institute, Hifzh School, Cars4Jannah, Aqabah Karate, Travelight Tours, The Muslim Link, iMuslimah Sisters and Elderberries Senior Services. Dar-us-Salaam houses several departments that include: Youth Department, Zakat Foundation, Donorcare Office, Masjid Services, Dar-us-Salaam Family Medical Practice and Islamic Information Center.
