After working in those same communities, we serve today, an organization was formed years ago to better LIFT UP the people. WeLIFT is not just a 501c3, WeLIFT strives to create an environment that is nurturing and inclusive with a Board of Directors that represents multiculturalism in our local communities! Founded in 2014 by millennial professionals with a vision to embrace a goal-oriented team. We saw a gap in fellow organizations and their lack of advocacy & professional development in cultural markets. Today, we are facing the most ethnically diverse generation; millennials tend to be tolerant of difference and we are often seen as slightly more optimistic about the future of America as other generations because we want to “follow our dreams” aligned with a fast-growing technology model. Our mission comes along with our brand & logo " WeLIFT passionate and goal oriented individuals through advocacy and professional development".
