EDCM Building Services Consulting Engineers is a medium sized building services consultancy with a dedicated team of engineers and technicians. Our aim is to provide a first class, pro-active Mechanical & Electrical Design service to our clients and professional colleagues. The Directors achieve this by maintaining a hands-on “front-end” role on all projects. EDCM has offices in Leeds, Birmingham and London. The Directors have an extensive and diverse range of expertise derived from having held senior positions with major consultants and blue chip clients and they will support the Team throughout the life of the project. It is EDCM’s intention to focus the Practice on providing a high quality service and build on their invaluable expertise. EDCM staff has broad experience across many sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure, residential and retail and are experienced in working in with all forms of procurement from “Traditional Methods” of procurement, “Design & Build” and “PFI” to “Public Private Partnerships”. EDCM will always adopt a positive attitude to all those involved in the process and at each and every level. EDCM offer specialist advice in Sustainability and Renewables as well as Part L compliance, BREEAM advice and certification. EDCM employs a growing number of registered Low Carbon Consultants and accredited Energy Assessors able to provide Energy Performance Certificates for dwellings and non-dwellings
