Team REEL are focused on helping make the world around us a better, healthier and happier place to learn and live. Founded in 2017, our purpose is to give communities a voice, offering the support and tools to help them engage in the design and the delivery of interventions that create a more independent community that continues to build its resilience and thrive. Building on our existing reputation for being leaders in this field, we work with partner agencies to reduce the barriers to education, training, volunteering and employment that our communities face. Using our extensive knowledge and collective experiences, we achieve asset based community development through social and behavioural learning, positive role modelling, social interaction and active citizenship. In turn we’re improving social inclusion, reducing isolation, encouraging individual and community responsibility and we’re demonstrating the developed resilience and improved wellbeing of those we work with. Who are Team REEL? We’re a team of multi-discipline professionals with over 25 years experience working with families, young people and communities. We have unique insights in to the communities with work with, an extensive partner network and team of volunteers who enable the delivery of all our services.
