In the year 2015, a young entrepreneur saw a golden opportunity to build world-class support infrastructure for industries in Gujarat. This idea led to the inception of Godwitt Construction; an Ahmedabad-headquartered industrial real-estate company, that envisions creating industrial communities with great work-life balance. Started by Dhaval Mehta, a communication management expert and seasoned entrepreneur who sets the vision of the firm, and later joined by Nirav Kothary, an industrial real estate veteran with 19 years of experience who looks after the execution of projects, the strong and fierce team has since Godwitt’s inception, developed close to 1.1 million square feet of industrial space. Few of Godwitt’s largest projects spread across the industrial state of Gujarat are Soko by Godwitt - Navyani and Soko by Godwitt - Detroj; having built-up spaces of more than half a million square feet each and an additional capacity to build another half a million square feet.
