Building on a foundation as a sub-contractor with humble beginnings since 1973, the organization was eventually incorporated as iKHASAS Sdn Bhd in 2008 and has now emerged as one of Malaysia’s leading developers. In iKHASAS we believe that a vision for a sustainable future is imperative for long-term growth; together with a commitment for excellence, innovation, integrity and passion for what we create. Currently, iKHASAS has several projects spread throughout Malaysia namely Klang Valley, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and East Malaysia; as well as regionally in Vietnam.
