Our vision is to double the representation of black leaders from Ireland in Irish-based organisations within the next 2 years. We know from extensive research that diverse organisations improve company performance by 19% or more. In the corporate world, that represents an increase in revenue, competitive advantage, and greater innovation. State organisations, mirroring the changing demographic of Ireland demonstrate a better integrated and aligned Ireland. Our mission is to work with Irish-based organisations as advisors to help enhance and accelerate their objectives in the hiring, career development, engagement, and retention of black leaders. By doing this we aim to double homegrown black leadership representation in Irish-based organisations in the next 2 years. We do this by Delivering programs and advisory support for the development of black leaders in organisations. Delivering workshops to share knowledge and tools to elevate the black experience in your organisations through lived experience. Providing pools of competent black leaders and aspiring leaders in our network for events, roles, board seats, and more.
