NETLIPSE is a Network for the dissemination of knowledge on the management and organisation of Large Infrastructure Projects in Europe. NETLIPSE is a network, consisting of various partners involved in the delivery of large infrastructure projects, who want to develop and exchange the knowledge of the management an organisation of these projects. Parties have become and can become involved in the network in many ways, varying from being a project that was researched in the first NETLIPSE phase (2006-2008) to organisations that have supported the NETLIPSE initiative in other ways.
