Arizona ITSM Professionals strives to educate and build a community in Arizona of professionals and enthusiasts that share a passion for IT Service Management. We are an Arizona based non-profit corporation, 100% owned and run by volunteers. We are committed to educate and “spread the ITSM word” in Arizona by sharing best practices, frameworks, standards, tools, techniques, technologies and real-world experiences. MASTER Our main goal is to educate and share ITSM knowledge and experience to “master the art of ITSM”. We strive to better the IT industry by enabling every IT service provider to be a valuable player in the supply chain of services to its customers. Our efforts have resulted in expedited adoption rates of ITSM and four or five digit gains in effectiveness and efficiency. MINGLE Our second goal is to bring together ITSM professionals and enthusiasts willing to contribute to our objective. Our events are proven educational, network-building and mingling opportunities. For example, we have helped employees connect with future employers and facilitated site visits between attendees to share information, knowledge and experiences. MUNCH Not exactly a goal, but we don’t shy away from keeping our stomachs happy.
