The mission of the International Limb Salvage Foundation is to be a supportive group of podiatrists and medical doctors including orthopedic surgeons, vascular surgeons, internists, and endocrinologists, along with primary care and wound care nurses, whose main goal is to advance knowledge and training of foot and ankle specialists in under served and under represented countries in an effort to comprehensively treat citizens living with diabetic foot disease.
