CTL Canada employs 20+ Leaders, Operators, Drivers and Labourers in the Edmonton area constructing shallow underground utility systems. Our operations have evolved to provide full service, in-house construction activities allowing us to agressively manage schedules and provide flexibility in construction management. Our work is primarily in established neighborhoods and commercial areas. Our ability to focus resources on the key challenges of projects and maintain a vision to the installation sets us apart from other installation companies. CTL offers complete underground services including utility investigation, construction planning, hydrovac services, traffic control, directional drilling, conduit construction, hardened ductline, surface replacement, cable pulling and termination. We have a number of contacts and existing relationships to provide engineering services, design work, cable termination and testing, surveying and as-built preparation. By performing this work with internal resources we have been very successful at managing scheduling and providing aggressive service delivery schedules. CTL Canada is the utility construction division of CTL Construction Canada. The combined companies; Commercial Trenching, Commercial Directional and CTL Canada were officially brought under a single umbrella in 2012 to formalize the partnership.
