Horizon Health Choices Ltd is an independent healthcare provider that supports the NHS in delivering patient services across Bedfordshire, Luton and Hertfordshire. Horizon is committed to providing high quality healthcare services with greater choice and convenience, and is proud to work in partnership with health and social care providers to ensure that the services we provide enable patients to move between services and providers with ease. Founded in 2006, Horizon is the GP Federation of Bedfordshire, comprising of 54 local GP practices, covering the Bedfordshire CCG patch, with a combined patient list size of approximately 480,000. We endeavour to deliver high quality patient services with short waiting times, with appointments available in the evening or at the weekend as well as during the working week. We are innovative in our approach by empowering clinicians to lead the services they provide.
