Peter Nusser is the founder, owner and principal inspector for 360 Inspections, a Home Inspection company serving the Central Valley, and Bay Area in Northern California. Peter has been inspecting since 2002 and has personally conducted over 5,000 Home Inspections, including both residential, commercial inspections and mold inspections. Formal home inspection training is ongoing, and includes past formal training through ITA (Inspection Training Associates) and AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute). ITA is recognized as one of the premiere home inspection training schools in the country, and has among its staff the highest caliber instructors in the industry. Peter has also completed additional training in Pool and Spa Inspection, Manufactured Home Inspection, Mold & Allergen Inspection, Identification and Sampling. Peter is a Certified Member of CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association), and an affiliate member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors. CREIA is one of the most widely respected home inspection organizations, with a dedication to consumer protection and education. Peter served as President of the Delta Chapter of CREIA, with past roles as Vice-President and Secretary.
