ISR-Lisboa is a research center that was founded in 1992 and is affiliated to the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) of the University of Lisbon, ranked amongst the top schools of engineering in Europe. ISR-Lisboa research groups develop advanced multidisciplinary research activities, in the areas of Robotic Systems and Information Processing. ISR offers an inspiring, multinational and multicultural research ecosystem with over one hundred researchers engaged in cutting-edge research, training and outreach activities. ISR-Lisboa, together with three other partner research institutions, IN+, M-ITI and MARETEC integrates the Associated Laboratory LARSyS: Laboratory of Robotics and Engineering Systems.
