As Rochester's improv comedy source, we specialize in offering quality shows and entertainment, affordable improv classes, and recruiting a diverse cast of talent. Since April 1st, 2008, the Village Idiots have been bringing live improv comedy to Rochester through a talented cast of performers. We were originally formed at the Village Gate Square, where we offered weekly shows at the VIP room and the Pillar Theater. We have recently partnered with Bread and Water Theatre to establish our new home at 172 West Main St. as of June 2014. While the ensemble has changed over the years, the laughs are still as fresh.
