The beauty of a puzzle is that every single piece fits, but it doesn’t happen automatically. You have to look at each part of the puzzle individually, examine its patterns and shades, and then position it correctly. When that happens, a harmonious picture emerges. Every aspect of you, from how you process information to how you relate to others, makes up a piece of who you are. When you understand those pieces and how they intertwine, you can put them together to create a picture of the life you want, the life that will fulfill you and lead you to your higher purpose. Another puzzle is created whenever people gather in groups. To create a picture of cooperation and success, you first need to discover where each piece best fits in the greater whole. When group/team members are optimally positioned, taking advantage of each individual’s strengths, the group performs more efficiently and effectively; accomplishing more with greater success. This can lead to less turnover, improved productivity, reductions in cost and perhaps even a sustainable competitive advantage.
