The largest of these business ventures was The Situs Companies. Prior to the sale of the company in 2011, Situs employed 400+ commercial real estate professionals located in 7 states and 6 countries. The insights gained from analyzing thousands of properties for Situs’ clients and the experience derived from operating an international commercial real estate consulting firm have shaped Martin and Ralph’s investment philosophy and resulted in a consistently strong investment performance.
