Case Equity Partners, LLC is a New York based investment management company. Case and its affiliates manage over $200 Million worth of assets across the nation on its own behalf and for its investors. Case is a joint venture of Superior Realty Group, a real estate family office and management company with assets across the United States and Western Europe, and Shlomo Chopp of the Case Group who serves as the managing partner of the venture. Over the past 10+ years, Shlomo has been involved in over $2 Billion of transactions and advisory. In addition to acquisitions, this includes distressed workouts, management/ leasing, and asset management. The combination of Mr. Chopp's debt, asset management, and turnaround expertise with Superior Realty Group's operations infrastructure, and balance sheet serves as the foundation upon which the firm is built.
