Ivy Property Group is a joint venture between two friends, born out of an interest in property, entrepreneurship and sustainability. We come from different backgrounds and have had very different career paths – Ben, a retail buyer of fruit and veg alongside building a medium sized personal property portfolio and Brian, a serial entrepreneur and lover all of all things supply chain and tech. However six years ago our careers brought us together to work for the same company and three years later Ivy Property Group was formed. Ivy Property Group specialises in the procurement of 'problematic' properties using the Buy Refurbish Refinance model, and we have plans to diversify into Commercial Conversions in the near future. At Ivy Property Group we are committed to improving the quality of living spaces in the private rental sector in Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
