arc21 is an umbrella waste management group representing the six councils in the east of Northern Ireland. We guide, support, and help these councils to meet their waste management targets. We want to develop critical infrastructure which will not only give councils the long-term capacity to manage waste, boost recycling and create jobs, but to use what’s left over, the rubbish, to help power the Circular Economy We have proposed an innovative, long-term solution to the waste problems Northern Ireland is currently facing.
