Downtown Huntsville, Inc. is a newly created membership organization committed to creating a vibrant, diverse and economically sustainable downtown Huntsville. It’s partner organization, Big Spring Partners, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed in 2004 that supports downtown development efforts of the city through donations and private investments. Each entity has its own board of directors with five members serving on both boards.
