Ballpark Village is a mixed-use retail, entertainment, office and residential district in St. Louis, Missouri, developed in partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals. Planning and development for Phase 2 of Ballpark Village is currently underway. The $260 million, 700,000 square foot project will include a Live! by Loews hotel, a 29-story high-rise luxury residential tower, the first Class-A office building in downtown St. Louis in nearly thirty years, and additional retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
