SLG Real Estate Holdings, LLC ("SLGREH") seeks to build portfolios of income-producing residential and commercial real estate principally in under-served secondary and tertiary markets. The company will consider properties anchored by national credit tenants as well as local and regional small businesses. Sectors of interest include single tenant net leased retail, multi-family, shadow anchored retail centers and office properties. Secondarily, the Company may consider other investments in small businesses anchored with real property. SLG Real Estate Holdings is a wholly owned subsidiary of SLG Investment Holdings, LLC.
