HR Builder

Tel Aviv · Full-time · IC

About The Position

At Lusha, we build. Fast. AI-first.

AI isn't something we're experimenting with, it has changed how we work, how we think, and what we expect from the people who join us. Our HR team is no different. We use AI to move faster, go deeper, and constantly challenge what “good” looks like.

We think about talent holistically, not as a set of separate functions, but as one interconnected system. Who we bring in, how they grow, how leaders evolve, and how the organization scales alongside them.

This is not a role built around ownership of a single function. You will own outcomes. The expectation is simple: identify what’s needed, figure out how to build it, and ship. AI is at the center of that,  not as an add-on, but as the default way we think and work.

What will you do?

You will understand business and people needs and translate them into actionable processes, solutions, and scalable ways of working. You will identify gaps and design AI-driven solutions, including workflows, automations, tools, and new operational approaches.

You will work hands-on across recruiting, learning, leadership development, and broader people initiatives, stepping in where the business needs support most and where you can create the biggest impact.

This role combines execution with building. Sometimes that means recruiting hands-on, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving hiring processes. Other times it means building learning programs, leadership initiatives, new workflows, or smarter systems that improve how the organization operates.

We value deep expertise alongside constant expansion,  someone who brings strong professional depth, while continuously exploring new domains, systems, tools, and ways of building.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR, Talent, or People role
  • AI-native: AI is embedded in how you work, not something you use occasionally. You have your own workflows and can walk us through them
  • Technical affinity: you understand how tools and systems work, and naturally look for ways to make processes smarter and more efficient
  • Experience turning manual or outdated processes into better solutions through technology, automation, or sharper operational thinking
  • A builder’s mindset: you move from problem to solution without waiting for a playbook
  • Strong professional depth in at least one HR/Talent domain, alongside the curiosity and drive to continuously expand into new areas
  • Curious by default, about people, systems, tools, and better ways of working
