Senior Data Product Manager

Tel Aviv · Full-time · IC

About The Position

At Lusha, we're building for Builders, we build fast & AI-first --- so we look for Builders!

By a builder, we mean someone who turns “maybe” into “done”.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to join our team and work at the intersection of Product / Data, technology, and business. This role is about impact — not just ownership, not just execution, but building solutions that actually get used.

This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.

This might be for you if:

  • You’re hands-on and love building, not just talking
  • You naturally use AI, automation, or technology to solve real problems
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning on the go
  • You care about ownership, outcomes, and real-world impact

Requirements

Someone who is:

  • Customer-centric. Customer problems are at your core. You don't stop until the product genuinely solves their needs.
  • Data-savvy. You have a strong grasp of data management principles, ecosystems, and analytics techniques, and can translate that into practical product decisions.
  • Independent & ownership-driven. You move fast from ideation to implementation, thrive in ambiguity, and don't wait for direction.
  • AI-native. You're a daily user of AI tools building prototypes with coding assistants and agentic IDEs, and passionate about applying this to accelerate product and development cycles.

Someone who has:

  • A strong builder mindset, with experience turning ideas into working solutions
  • Customer-obsessed approach, with experience in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, building and scaling products.
  • Experience using GenAI for improving work processes and reducing release times
  • Proven experience building data products and pipelines, including defining key data points.
  • Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and how to apply them to drive product improvements.
  • Ability to independently drive projects from ideation to execution.
  • Background as a proven collaborator and communicator across multiple teams and disciplines.

Advantage:

  • Experience working in the B2B SaaS space, ideally in a sales or data-focused product environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered data applications, including the use of ML or LLMs to enhance product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with APIs and large-scale systems, including how data flows across platforms and products.
