Who does Lusha share your data with?
Through various sources of data, (including publicly available information and information licensed by third parties), Lusha collects business contact information and other data associated with business professionals (“business profiles”) to enhance the free market and assist its customers to achieve more business transactions with minimum time and efforts.
Business profiles, forming part of the services that Lusha provides, include your professional information. The information is similar to what’s generally found on business cards, on company websites, or email signatures. Lusha’s database consists mainly of such business profile information. Lusha shares Business Profiles in the following ways:
- With customers and users (business profiles only).
- Lusha shares business profiles from its database with customers and users for purposes of direct marketing, sales (prospecting), recruitment, and fraud prevention.
- With subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Lusha may share your information with companies within Lusha’s corporate family for the purpose of providing the service to its customers and users.
- With service providers and vendors for the purposes of providing the service and improving it.
- Such third parties include (i) hosting services; (ii) data analytics vendors; (iii) payment processors; (iv) security vendors; and (iv) website hosting vendors.
- With professional advisors.
- As necessary, Lusha may share your information with professional advisors functioning as service providers such as auditors, law firms, or accounting firms.
- In connection with an asset sale, merger, bankruptcy, or other business transaction.
- Lusha may share your personal information while negotiating or in relation to a change of corporate control such as a restructuring, merger, or sale of Lusha’s assets.
