Since 2008, Beyond Sport has supported impactful projects, built platforms for change and amplified the stories of those purposefully using sport to address the world’s most pressing social issues. We believe that when used with intention, sport is a powerful pathway to effective solutions to the most complex issues of our time. Employing a unique and holistic approach, Beyond Sport’s programs leverage a global network of sport for social change innovators, progressive organizations and expertise built up over more than a decade to tackle issues head on and collectively. The organization has provided $7.4M in grants and supported 421 projects in 100 countries. Beyond Sport is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit and UK-registered charity.
