Since 1998, Newport Partners has placed over $1 billion in low income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) equity and closed over 172 projects with approximately 13,000 units. In addition to tax credit syndication for institutional investors, our business has grown to include asset management, property management, development and construction. We have also acted as a financial advisor with respect to renewable energy production tax credits (“PTC”) and manufacturer of solar PV models.
