Reid Peevey Company began in 2016 as the merging of two market experts. Randy Reid and Jim Peevey met in the late 1990s, forming a friendship over the years. As they branched out and formed their own companies, respect for each other’s skill sets planted the seeds for their eventual merger. Randy’s expertise in limited partnerships, LLCs, and other real estate investments, melded perfectly with Jim’s vast market knowledge and research capabilities. As the two began talking about what a combined company would look like, they realized quickly that the strength of both partners would energize the whole. Reid Peevey Company was then actualized, with the mission of offering all-inclusive commercial real estate transactions for Waco and the surrounding cities.
