The Institute of Development of Young Minds in Sport (IDYOMS) was created to help sporting associations and clubs to use the latest science of the brain for the development of young players. We build the skills, knowledge and tools of the coaching communities to be able to help young players fulfill their potential as sportsmen and as people. IDYOMS draws on the expertise in sports coaching, academia and culture change. Our team have worked with sports associations (e.g. the Football Association of England), development (e,g, University of Bristol) and big institutions (e.g. the UN). It means we can customize a package of support for associations and clubs that takes things from the theory to practice.
