Women Leadership in Hospitality is an organization dedicated to providing education, resources, and leadership opportunities to women in order to empower them to be successful in the modern working world. We gain insight and learn from the challenges faced by women industry leaders through guest speakers, networking, and our mentorship program. Providing the opportunity to communicate with a successful leader in a specific area of hospitality in a one-on-one environment allows young women to ask questions and receive guidance. We aim to learn about and break stereotypes while creating strong bonds.
